Six new weekly trains on Alps-route

Starting at 26th May, more trains will be serviced on the lane between Kaldenkirchen (Germany) and Domodossola (Italy). For each location, three new departure times will be added to the schedule. Therefor the frequency increases to eleven roundtrips per week, which means that a total of 22 trips are offered weekly.

The following times are new to the schedule:

Kaldenkirchen – Domodossola:
Wednesday – Loading up to 11:00 h (Check-out on Thursday, 08:00 h)
Friday – Loading up to 11:00 h (Check-out on Monday, 07:30 h)
Sunday – Loading up to 12:00 h (Check-out on Monday, 15:00 h)

Domodossola – Kaldenkirchen:
Tuesday – Loading up to 11:00 h (Check-out on Wednesday, 09:30 h)
Thursday – Loading up to 11:00 h (Check-out on Friday, 08:00 h)
Sunday – Loading up to 11:00 h (Check-out on Thursday, 08:00 h)

This extension allows CargoBeamer to offer at least one trip per location on every day of the week, enabling the transport of semi-trailers environmentally friendly by rail.
