Terminal Operator (m/f/d) Kaldenkirchen

Your mission that drives sustainability in logistics

We move freight from road to rail — safe, sustainable and innovative. For our new terminal in Kaldenkirchen, we are looking for additional team members starting in September to support day-to-day terminal operations — including check-in/check-out, loading/unloading and terminal vehicles (depending on your experience and assignment).

• You handle check-in and check-out of trailers, containers and swap bodies.
• You check and record vehicle and cargo data (e.g. using a tablet/scanner).
• You support the team with loading and unloading of transport units and trains.
• You move and marshal trailers/containers/swap bodies on the terminal yard (e.g. using a terminal vehicle).
• Depending on your qualifications, you operate handling equipment (e.g. forklift/reach stacker) and help with general terminal tasks.
• You ensure safety, cleanliness and order at the terminal.
• You work in a shift system (early/late/night).

Your Background & Skills

• You are reliable and work carefully.
• You enjoy working in a team and are hands-on.
• You can work confidently with a tablet/scanner (don’t worry — we’ll train you).
• A Class B driving licence is a plus (additional licences are a bonus).
• Career changers welcome — no formal qualification required, we will train you.
