
Revenue Manager (f/m/d) – Strategic Pricing

As a Revenue Manager (f/m/d), you will play a key role in maximising our capacity utilisation and strategically steering our revenue. Working closely with colleagues from Sales, Operations, and Finance, you will develop data-driven pricing strategies and actively contribute to our growth trajectory.
Your responsibilities
Develop pricing strategies: Design and implement pricing models based on market analyses, customer structures, and capacity targets.
Create demand forecasts: Analyse historical data and market trends to develop solid forecasts supporting utilisation and pricing decisions.
Conduct revenue analysis: Monitor key KPIs such as revenue per shipment, capacity utilisation, and route performance – and translate them into actionable insights.
Perform market & competitor analysis: Benchmark pricing and services, identify areas for differentiation and optimisation.
Drive cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure aligned and strategic revenue management.
Optimise tools & systems: Support the selection and enhancement of suitable systems and analytics platforms to automate and improve revenue processes.
Your Background & Skills
A degree in Business, Economics, Logistics or a comparable field – a Master’s degree is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or financial analysis – ideally within logistics, transport, or mobility.
Strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality, and proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI systems.
Ideally, experience with platforms such as Transporeon, TimoCom, or similar.
Excellent communication skills for working in interdisciplinary teams and presenting analytical insights.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); German or Spanish are a plus.
