Inside Sales Consultant (m/f/d), Italian & Spanish Speaking

Your mission that helps to make the logistics industry more sustainable

As an Inside Sales Consultant (m/f/d), based in Verona, your primary focus will be on supporting our Sales Team, with a particular emphasis on the Italian market. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating the transition of semi-trailers to rail transport. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating strong relationships with international customers, focus on spanish clients
  • Preparing and delivering proposals to our clients
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Advising customers on intermodal transport guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Communicating relevant commercial information to Customer Care & Sales Managers for new customers and cross-selling opportunities
  • Generating new sales leads and collaborating closely with your sales manager to pursue them effectively

You should have

  • A high school diploma in business administration, marketing, technical studies, tourism, languages, or logistics
  • Previous experience in the transportation/logistics industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in both English and Italian
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in preparing proposals and addressing customer inquiries
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate various customer needs and dynamic situations in the sales process
