- Development and implementation of an innovative sales strategy to acquire new customers and maximize revenue streams.
- Leading an international sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presentation to closing and account management.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers in the logistics and transportation industry to establish CargoBeamer as a leading logistics service provider.
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Mentoring and coaching the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and tools to succeed.
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overarching business goals.
- Representing CargoBeamer at industry events and conferences to expand our network and explore new business opportunities.

- Proven track record in leadership positions within sales in the logistics and transportation sector, focusing on revenue growth and exceeding goals.
